Allyson has been performing since she was 8 years old (which was a while ago). She began as a dancer, and eventually incorporated theater, voice, puppetry and circus arts�yes, circus arts.

Also an educator and a perpetual student, Allyson has spent almost the entirety of her life in either a theater or a classroom. She holds a BA in Theater and Cultural Anthropology from Vassar College, studied at Oxford University and earned an MA in Applied Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. Strangely enough, she also taught science for years and is currently writing a series of fun science books for kids.

Originally from New York City, but lucky enough to have also lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles and to have traveled all over the world, she has a voracious appetite for adventure and new experiences. Allyson has a moustache tattoo on her left index finger in the event that she's ever in need of a hasty disguise.
